Hy-Vee Plus does not work

I paid the $99 to join the Hy-Vee Plus program. It doesn't work, I never get the gasoline credit. Customer support has tried to fix it twice. It should not be this difficult.

9500 Antioch Store

9500 Antioch Store. Messed up order. Missing items from my order. Gave me items from someone else’s. Said they would deliver the correct items to my house within 40 minute and would pick items incorrectly delivered. Over three hours later. Deal Dash said they had delivered to my house. They had the wrong address. Called Hy-Vee. They apologized. Didn’t want chicken ordered 3 hours earlier. Won’t order from them again. To their credit, they refunded the missing items. BTW: The staff in the parking lot is great. Sorry that their in-store staff is not. Need new store manager.

Don’t cancel your curbside order

Ordering groceries online is such an awful experience with Hyvee and canceling the order is even worse!! It’s been a week and I haven’t gotten my refund. Was told I’d have to go inside the store to provide my debit card info and sign a piece of paper. Curbside pickup is to avoid going in the store. I won’t order from them again. Walmart makes the process so easy.

The Website is Horrible

The website is horrible. Stock is almost as bad.
1) Every time I go to view my cart and place the order it tells me my cart is empty. I click start shopping and it shows my cart as full of items until I click view cart again.
2) Half of my attempted orders cannot be started because despite having selected my address, store, and delivery time, the website refuses to let me add anything to my cart until I select a store (even though it's already selected).
3) Every time I have ever had success with placing an order (maybe 10-15% of the time) half of the items I order don't arrive because they are "not in stock." Last time I actually drove to the store because it was a much-needed item and found it in less than 5 minutes.
1/10 only for the possible convenience, assuming it works.

I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION! SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE!
We have recently visited a Hy-Vee store in Kansas City off of I-29 and Barry Road. My daughter, who is bi-racial, and I were in the store to purchase a few items during our mother-daughter day outing. After paying for ALL items we came in for in the self check out we were stopped by an employee that stated another employee witnessed us stealing. She made me go through my daughter's bag and asked me to dump the bag out on the floor. I told her I would not and she can direct me to the customer service counter adjacent to the self check out where I dumped the bag out. she saw nothing of course and walked away without so much as an apology and because of that I asked for the manager. The manager comes and while I am explaining to him what happened he kept shrugging his shoulders and saying ok ok ok. I told him he needed to look at the camera before accusing somebody of stealing and his reply was that he does not have time for that he tells his employees to stop somebody if they see somebody stealing. I told him I did not understand why someone would lie and say they witnessed us stealing when no such thing happened. is it because of the way we look or is it because my daughter is black. What is the reason. He can't seem to give much of an answer other than ok. I asked to speak with the person who accused us of stealing he wouldn't give me that. I couldn't get an apology or anything. I decided I wanted to return my things and during that time of returning he walks away and soon comes back and gets in my face and accuses us of stealing again. He demands that I dump out the bag and I tell him I did not take anything he told me it was my daughter so when he still does not see anything that would have been stolen from the store he accuses us of dumping it in the store somewhere. All of this is happening in front of a store full of customers and We are fearful and humiliated. not something I was hoping to experience on our day we were supposed to be spending together creating happy memories. I am trying to make some sense of this horrific incident. I can't seem to get an answer from anybody in the store that was involved that day and we should not have fear and anxiety to go into a Hy-Vee! There was absolutely no reason for this. I am not one to automatically throw the race card out but in this day and age with everything going on in the world today and the fact that they had no reason to suspect me or my daughter of stealing and they felt it to be necessary to humiliate us in front of the whole store the only other option is racism. It has to be. I have been contacted once by two different managers on two separate days after that and they left a message. I have responded in hopes to get this resolved and have heard nothing back from them. We have to stop making it ok for this type of bullying and profiling!

What a Great Convenience !!!

I have been ordering online from the Fleur store for about one year. There were some initial issues but I have to say orders have been close to perfect in recent deliveries and if not I just call and they make it right. I am very happy with this service. I joined Hy-Vee plus since I order about twice a month. I have a personal shopper and very good communication. Thanks Hy-Vee!!!

Now HyVee thinks they are a fancy restaurant. I can't even get a simple snide of pizza Annie, in have to order the while pizza. The sushi is disgusting there and they created a while special largevkioskbfor their nasty sushi. I couldn't even find chinese food like I used to get. so I go over to the food that's refrigerated but already served up and the prices are the same for that crap $7 for a small rice meal with a few pieces of chicken on it are you kidding me? Get real Hy-Vee. Your head got too big for your body

Won't use aisles online again

I used aisles online for 1st time & certainly not happy with results. I ordered 50 items & a lot from bakery. My receipt indicated it was $30 less than what I was quoted. I checked the breads & they looked like twisted hard knots. The young man helping me said he asked bakery dept. if these were ok & they said yes. I wouldn't have expected my dog to eat them. I had to go back in store & was given a credit back. Couple of other items were wrong too. Not good impression!

Delicious Muffins

This is a positive review ! Recently purchased Butter Rum Muffins at the Mills Civic HyVee in WDM, Ia. Hats off to the Bakery and whoever came up with the recipe ! They were exceptionally delicious .

I typically like Hyvee for their…

I typically like Hyvee for their selection and their employee-owned business. But the online order pickup has been a nightmare. Constantly out of basic produce, or missing items, or ignored while waiting to pick up my groceries. One time I went to pick up my groceries and they said they didn’t have them done so they would deliver them. They never did and I called to ask what happened and they simply forgot, and the my order had gone bad so they said they would redo it and deliver. Then they delivered the order to the wrong house! I don’t even know how that’s possible. Finally ended up getting my food 24 hours later. I know COVID put a strain on grocery pickup but get it together you guys!

Crap customer service

Crap customer service. I would rather put my finger in a pencil sharpener than sit in line for 25 minutes because their manager would rather you sit in line for 25 minutes.
Go somewhere else !
